2026 Volunteer Information
Please click on the link below and carefully read through everything. You can pay your dues, read (and acknowledge you have read) the Handbook, and access the OhioHealth WorkHealth locations.
Please remember these important things:
- All volunteers who are adults (Divers, Docents, Adult Volunteers) need to pay dues and complete Zoo Policy and ERP training, Radio Etiquette training, and Teamwork and Collaboration training.
- Volunteers who wish to submit a 2026 Volunteer Emergency Medical Form should complete the form and upload it to us via this Foyer link.
- You will get an automatic response when you submit your dues payment online. The last line says we will see you at the Zoo on February 19, 2026. Ignore this. It is a mandatory line for Education classes. You do not need to attend anything at the Zoo on February 19 that pertains to paying your dues.
If you need help paying your dues online, please contact educlass@columbuszoo.org. - Volunteers who will be in animal contact areas or helping in a region kitchen must have a negative TB test result on file. TB tests are good for one year.
